A wonderful new opportunity has arisen in a South American Cuisine restaurant with a reputation for delivering their services with high quality customer care.
We are currently recruiting for a General Manager for one of our key clients.
The hospitality will cater for between 120 and 160 covers, taking on a casual dining concept during the day and a more formal dining on a Friday and Saturday night.
You will be part of a small, dedicated and flexible team which means that the General Manager must be comfortable with hands-on aspects of the role and be prepared to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in on a day-to-day basis.
